After confirmation, we will send you a consignment note for packing and courier pick up.

Once received, we will proceed with repair and courier back the projector with 5 months warranty.

We accept Projectors for repair from all over Malaysia including Penang, Ipoh, Johor, Sabah, Sarawak and more. Charges are free and with no courier fees charges (Up to 10kg only). Just contact us with an image of your problem for a complimentary quotation.

Common Projector Issues and Troubleshooting before repair

Cannot turn on / Unable to start / No image.

  • Ensure that the lamp unit cover has been securely installed.

  • Power cable may be faulty.

  • Make sure the power cord is properly connected.

  • The main power switch may not be switched on.

  • No power supply to the wall outlet.

  • Ensure that the lens cover has been removed.

No picture appear / Signal not found.

  • The video signal input source may not be connected properly ie loose cabling. The input selection setting may not be correct. Certain projector models require a manual selection of source. You may select the source input in the projector’s menu function.

  • Ensure that the colour / tint / brightness / contrast setting is not set to the lowest.

  • Ensure that the shutter function is not in use.

  • The cable connecting the source to the projector may be too long or damaged.

  • A signal which is not compatible with the projector may have been input.

  • The HDMI / VGA input of the projector may be damaged or the source's HDMI / VGA output is damaged.

Blur / Fuzzy Image.

  • The projector may be tilted too much. Avoid using excessive keystone adjustments to the image.

  • The source resolution may not be compatible with the projector. Check the projector resolution and adjust accordingly.

  • The lens cover may still be attached to the lens.

  • The lens focus may not have been set correctly.

  • The projector may not be at the correct distance from the screen.

  • The lens may be dirty.

Image is too small / big.

  • Make sure zoom lens is adjusted.

  • Source resolution may not be compatible with the projector.

​

Image is dim / colour too light.

  • Reset the projector’s colour / image setting to it’s default setting.

  • Adjust the colour / tint / brightness / contrast setting. Ensure that the source is connected properly (no loose cabling).

  • Cabling from source to image may be damaged or too long.

​

No sound.

  • Make sure the audio source is activated.

  • Adjust volume via the projector. Ensure mute function is not activated.

  • Cabling to source may be compromised or damaged. Test with a shorter cable.

​

Cannot connect to remote control.

  • The battery may be weak.

  • The battery may not be inserted correctly.

  • The remote control signal receptor on the projector may be obstructed.

  • The remote control unit may be out of the operation range.
